Customer satisfaction is our main priority in this business. We are willing to accept RETURNS of products that are purchased on our website. Used Products cannot be accepted for returns because of hygienic reasons and so, the condition of the products must be new. Please bear in mind that shipping charges/fees are not taken care by us and so, we are unable to refund the shipping charges to the customers. It is only exceptional to the defective or missing item in the order where we will take responsibility for the shipping fees. Restocking fee of 15%  may be charged on the return amount. If there is any broken, damage, defect, or tempered of the item as well as missing item during the delivery, please contact us within 2 days of delivered items. We will provide refund on that item or provide the same item and deliver to the customer without any additional charge/fee. Please take it to the consideration that it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited.
